Shipping and Returns

 

In Store Return Policy
At 3 Sisters, we want your shopping experience to be the best. Therefore, we gladly accept unworn, unwashed, with tags or defective merchandise within 14 days of your purchase for exchange or store credit. Please note, purchases made in stores can only be returned for an exchange or for store credit.  Formal Gowns are final sale. Due to the nature of the special occasion industry and delicacy of our gowns, all formal purchased are final sale and not eligible for exchange or returns.

  

Online Return Policy

We gladly accept unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise within 14 days of receiving your order. As we are a small business, we do not issue return labels, unless an item is defective or an incorrect item was sent to you. Just send your returns with your preferred shipping provider to:

You can add the packing slip that was included, or a note with your name & order number so we can be sure who to refund! Once we receive your return, we will issue the credit back to the original payment method.           
If it is for an exchange, please contact hello@theluckyknot.com to ensure your exchange is available, or send back your return with your exchange request on the packing slip provided in your order. 
    

NO REFUNDS OR RETURNS FOR FORMAL DRESSES.

Late or missing refunds:

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

General Shipping Information

We want you to receive your order as quickly as possible, so we use USPS Priority 2-3 Day Shipping Service and charge a flat $5 shipping fee. Please allow 1-2 business days for us to process your order; you will be updated with tracking and delivery information via email as soon as your order is sent out.
